                 We can build your computer from the ground up.  Create system recovery disk for your new system. We can have your data recovered depending on the type of failure. We can set your equipment to backup to external resources to limit or prevent future data loss in the event of catastrophic failure of your equipment..  Simply, we can diagnose, repair, or upgrade your systems, setup networks devices to be shared.

                 We Advise customer on preventive maintenance such as virus protection, UPS, backup power supplies.  We also setup customer’s Internet Service hardware, software & other networking devices for, DSL, cable–broadband-high-speed.
                 We Inform customers of most cost effective solution to their particular situation.  We perform onsite service; Some problems require a system to go with us. 

                 Most system repairs are completed with 24 - 48 hours unless parts ordered. We offer low prices and take every effort to stay competitive in to days market, however  will not be undersold. Minimum Onsite fee .

We are a CompTIA Certified IT Technician.  CompTIA A+ Certification validates the knowledge and skills of entry-level computer service technicians. It is a an international, vendor-neutral certification recognized by major hardware and software vendors, distributors and resellers.

CompTIA A+ confirms a technician's ability to perform task such as installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking.  The Exams Covered hardware and software with added elements of security and soft skills, as well as safety and environmental issues.

We have 28 years hands-on field experience in computer diagnostics and repair.  Combine that with  14 years of formal education.   We currently hold a network software business degree. We have complete 99.99% of the coursework microcomputer specialist degree, networking hardware specialist degree  Applied science mainframe degree (Cobol)  at Cuyahoga community college.
